Paul Skaggs Chief Executive Officer.

Paul Skaggs has been in the low voltage / building technology field since 1998.  Paul began his electrical career in Detroit as a commercial electrician.  Paul left Michigan in 2000 moving to Idaho where he completed his journeyman level electrical license in 2000.  Paul left Idaho and moved to Washington in 2001, where he received his Master Electrical License in 2004.  Paul obtained his Arizona Contractors License in 2015.  Paul relocated with Siemens Building Technologies to Arizona in 2006.  Paul is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as a Fire Protection Specialist.

 

 

 

Yvette Skaggs Chief Financial Officer.

Yvette is proud to say that she is a native of Arizona and has called the Valley of the Sun her home for almost 30 years.  She has an excess of 20 years experience as a business manager, although most of her career has been in the dental field her goals have remained the same, which is to provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction.  She is a hard working, detail oriented, loyal individual, and is thrilled to bring those qualities to Cerberus Building Technologies.  

 

 

 

 

 

Ray Larson Director of Installation Operations.

Ray Larson started his career in the low voltage industry in 1997 while enrolled in his local community colleges electrical program.  Ray Larson has a proven 18 year track record of high quality installations on a wide range of systems.  Ray’s major project list includes; MidFirst Bank Northsight Corporate Center, Mayo Hospital Proton Therapy Building, Florence Hospital at Anthem, Jobing.Com stadium, and Marine Corps Air Station Yuma.  Ray holds certificates for Tridium, AMAG Symmetry, and Farenhyt systems.  Ray leads by example and can be found quite often working and mentoring at Cerberus Building Technologies projects.  Ray holds his department to the highest installation standards far exceeding the expectations of his clients.  

 

 

 

 



 

Dave Culton Director of Service Operations.

Dave has been in the low voltage service industry for 18 years.  Dave is a NICET level II certificate holder.  Prior to joining Team Cerberus Dave worked with Siemens Building Technologies.  Dave is a Veteran of the US Army and US Navy.  Dave also served two tours in the Persian Gulf.  In his free time he volunteers with the 501st Legion Star Wars Costuming group to raise money for charities.

 

 



 

Jeff Sutton Business Development Manager.

Jeff has over 29 years’ experience in the fire alarm industry.  Jeff began his career in 1986 with JCI in design of fire alarm systems, and quickly advanced as project engineer with JCI.  Jeff relocated in 1992 to Colorado with ALLWEST Systems where he excelled in fire alarm design and project management and re-invented the operations department.  Jeff relocated back to Arizona in 1996 with Siemens Building Technologies.  Jeff started at Siemens with Project Management and advanced quickly to a fire alarm sales position.  Jeff found his passion in this sales position, with product knowledge and a “do whatever it takes” attitude.  In 2007 Jeff found himself as one of the top ten sales representatives in the country and Presidents Club winner.  In 2010 Jeff decided that corporate life was not for him and accepted a sales position at a smaller company.  At his previous company, Jeff’s customer base propelled him to win multiple awards for Distributor of the year for the Siemens product line two years in a row.   In 2015 Jeff made the decision to join team Cerberus.
